We don’t see things as they are, we see things as WE are”  (Anais Nin)

We all want to work in a positive environment. Positivity promotes creativity and opens the door to possibility. People are just more effective and productive. Yet, it is one of the biggest challenges facing people managers everywhere: how can we establish a fun, light place to work that engages people and brings out their best?
In this experiential presentation, we’ll take a look at some of the coaching-based practices that help develop and maintain positive mindsets in the workplace and throughout the culture of an organization.

Bill has nearly 20 years of “people-building experience”. He has committed his entire life to creating life change for others and through his expansive and broad experience, experience; he has developed an acute awareness for understanding people and creating a safe place for them to change.

Robyn Logan

Panel Disussion - The Coaching Process in Action
Robyn Logan (Strategy Director ICA/Lobii)

The Coaching Process has the ability to transform the way whole organisations work. Both as a management style and an underlying philosophy, those organisations and companies that embrace the coaching process achieve wider and more long lasting success than those who don't. In this session I will interview 3 top level coaches about their experiences in  implementing the coaching process inside organisations and companies. I will follw this by a Q&A session to allow participants the oppportnity to dig deeper into the practicalities of introducing and using a coaching process.

Robyn has extensive background in training, consulting and business development across both the corporate and community sectors. Once she discovered coaching however, her path was set. Robyn's vision is to transform the way the world works through coaching, and to have a great time doing it. She lives in Melbourne with her partner and two children and has set herself a personal challenge to eat Shanghai dumplings in every Din Tai Fung in the world.
