ICA/Lobii is excited about this groundbreaking event in China, and would like to invite you to share in the occasion. You can do this in a couple of ways
- Live Coaching Demonstrations (ICA students and Graduates only)
- Booth Sponsorship
Live Coaching Demonstrations
This opportunity is open to all ICA Graduates and Students. This is a chance for you to showcase your coaching skills or coaching business. This will offer participants the opportunity to experience the rewards of being coached, and how this valuable tool can be used to grow not only themselves, but those around them, personally and professionally.
To be eligible you must
Extend your services for a minimum of 3 hours on the day of the conference (18th March)
Have a passion for coaching
Have a fun and unique approach to bringing coaching to the world
Enthusiastically share and promote ICA's vision for new ways of working and shaping the world with coaching
Have completed at least 3 peer coaching sessions with ICA
Have either graduated, or been actively learning with ICA for a minimum of 6 months
Be flexible and open to the dynamic flow of a conference setting
You do not need to be living in Shanghai, or speak Chinese, but would be responsible for your own transport to and from the conference and would need to be registered as a conference attendee. This is a limited opportunity with only a small number of positions available. To be considered for this role, please email nwow@lobii.com.
There is no charge to host a live coaching demonstration, but it is expected you would be a paid conference participant
Booth Sponsorship Opportunity
We have a limited number of booths (only 7 in total) available for the presentation of products and services. This is something that we are extending to anyone who has a passion for coaching. We expect people from all over Asia to show up in force to boost coaching in the region. This includes those with an interest in the coaching coaching industry (learners, graduates and professional coaches) as well as corporate executives and HR or education and training specialists.
To be eligible, you must be able to
Offer a product or service to conference participants
Have a fun, unique approach to bringing coaching to the world
Have established yourselves as a leader in your area
Have a proven track record of success in your field
Demonstrate how your product or service is helping to create "new ways of working"
Be flexible and open to the dynamic flow of a conference setting
Provide representation from 8.30am to 6.00pm on the day of the conference
As a Sponsor you will receive
In return for your sponsorship, booth holders will be allocated an area approx. 1.5m x .05m ft (table and two chairs) to showcase their products or services. They will receive 2 complimentary passes to the conference, including access to workshops and meals and will be included in conference promotion with logo visibility on this conference website and the option to include flyers/offerings in the conference show bag. .
The booth is located in the foyer of the conference room for direct contact with participants during and after the conference, at lunch time and during morning and afternoon tea breaks. Partcipants not attending workshops will also visit booths during conference hours.
The cost to sponsor a booth is approx. 15,000 RMB.
